As a fellow Canadian resident and Guest, I, at times find that I have some glitches when working on the official Disney websites – for me, changing the country filter from Canada to the United States does the trick once I have signed into my Disney account. Maria Helena, it may also be helpful to double-check that you are using a
recommended browser that supports the official Disney websites.
One last aspect is to ensure that you have
linked your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, or vacation package to your Disney account to facilitate the pre-purchase price of your MagicBand 6 or more days before your Disney Resort hotel reservation commences as a
benefit of being a Disney Resorts Hotel Collection Guest. As MagicBands are not shipped to international destinations, such as Canada at this time, your MagicBands will be waiting for you upon check-in at the Front Desk.
Maria Helena, you may also wish to consider a couple of other ways to
Access Disney Magic during your stay, one of which is to create a

Please ensure that you have secured your required
