Hey, howdy, hey, Grit, and welcome to planDisney! I'm excited to chat with you about one of my favorite topics -
Lightning Lane Passes and park hopping plans! I've recently discovered this is my favorite way to use the Lightning Lane products, so let's jump into the details so you can plan for an amazing day of magic (and hopefully low wait times!)
Grit, when your theme park ticket includes the
Park Hopper Option, you can purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass for any of the theme parks you'll be visiting that day! So if you'd like to start your day at EPCOT but reserve some of the more popular attractions for later in the day at Disney's Hollywood Studios, you're more than welcome to do that! In fact, this is a great strategy as many of the popular attractions at Hollywood Studios do book up quickly with Multi Pass!
I'd also like to remind you that you can combine your Lightning Lane Multi Pass purchase with up to two Lightning Lane Single Pass purchases for the same day (and they do not have to be in the same parks if you're park hopping!) So if you're interested in saving the galaxy during your morning at EPCOT, you can purchase a Lightning Lane Single Pass for
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind for that morning and also the Lightning Lane Multi Pass for your selected attractions at Hollywood Studios for that afternoon. You can also purchase a second Lightning Lane Single Pass at any theme park if you're looking for even more thrills!
And one last tip, Grit, before I let you go! Each time you tap into an attraction at Hollywood Studios, be sure to grab another Lightning Lane Pass from the available attractions (and it can be in any park!). This is great to know if you're planning to head to another park later that night because you can even start to stack attractions there for the rest of your day!
I hope this helps, Grit! And I hope you have a magical time! If you have any other questions, come see us again at
planDisney!
See you real soon,
Alison
