Disney Enchantment from? When I was at the Resort in December we watched from an area pretty close to
Cinderella Castle, but I've heard that it really is even more spectacular if you step back and watch from closer to the entrance of
Magic Kingdom, as the lights and projections can be seen all the way down Main Street U.S.A.
If you're thinking you would like to make the most out of your vacation by adding on
Disney Genie+ Service and purchasing
Individual Lightning Lanes, I think you've made a great choice! I've heard so many good things about Guests who were able to see and do so much more than usual when they use Lightning Lanes to essentially "skip" the lines! If you're hoping to see and do a lot this trip, Lightning Lanes and Individual Lightning Lanes will help you book return times to come back and ride right away, instead of standing in line.
When it comes to Disney Genie+, you and your party will want to decide if you want to use this Service every day of your trip or just for one or two days. If you're ready to purchase for your entire trip, you're welcome to buy your tickets or vacation package with the Genie+ Service included. Since your trip is coming up quickly, I think you might already have your
Theme Park Tickets purchased and your
Park Pass Reservations made! If this is the case, you can still add Genie+ to your reservation right through your
My Disney Experience account or
mobile app. Just visit the "My Plans" section of the website, select "Tickets & Memory Maker" and then click "Change Ticket." From here, you'll be able to choose which tickets you want to change and add Genie+ for the entirety of your trip.
If you plan on using Genie+ and making Lightning Lane reservations on a day-to-day basis, you'll be able to purchase Disney Genie+ Service anytime after midnight on each day you want to use it. This is especially true for Guests who hold 1-day tickets, as they will only be able to purchase the same day as their valid Park Ticket.
Once you've checked out with Genie+, you're ready to start booking your Lightning Lanes! All Guests, regardless of when they purchased Genie+, are able to make their first Lightning Lane selection (out of over 40 rides and attractions throughout the four Parks!) at 7 a.m. each day of their trip where Genie+ is added on. Guests of
Disney Resorts Collection hotels are also able to book their first Individual Lightning Lane at 7 a.m. each day, while all other Guests can make their first choices at the time the Park officially opens.
