It is such a timesaver in the theme parks when you purchase
Lightning Lane, whether Multi Pass, Single Pass, or Premiere Pass. I like zipping through the lines so I have more time to enjoy strolling through the parks or enjoying a leisurely meal. If your budget allows, it is certainly a nice perk!
Passes are only available on the
My Disney Experience App so you will not be able to purchase on your home computer. I am not a super tech person, but even I find it quite easy to secure your Lightning Lane passes via the app. The most important first step is to make sure all your travel guests are on your
Family & Friends list. Then, go to Lightning Lane on your My Disney Experience app and select "Purchase." From here, the app will walk you through to select dates, theme park selection, and experiences. Repeat as needed if purchasing for multiple days.
After purchasing, you are able to modify your selections (based on availability), so you don't have to worry if your plans change. All changes can be made on the My Disney Experience app. If you have any troubles while in the parks, find a Guest Experience Team Cast Member who can assist you. You will find them under blue umbrellas. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable.
While the My Disney Experience app will be your "go to" for all things regarding your Walt Disney World vacation, there are still many things you can do from your desktop if you prefer: Purchase
Theme Park Tickets, make
Dining Reservations, or check Park Hours. I love working from my desktop, but it is convenient to have so many options on my phone with the My Disney Experience app.
