When can I purchase lightning lane I'm going on February 27 can I purchase it 2 days before or on the same day

Welcome, Shawna! Thanks for stopping by. Your trip is just a few days away so let's get you an answer "faster than fast, quicker than quick" like my friend Lighting McQueen.

You can purchase Lighting Lane Multi Pass (LLMP) when you buy your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets or on the day of your visit. Either way, you will make your first selection after scanning into one of the theme parks for the day.

If you've already purchased your tickets, you will want to purchase Lighting Lane Multi Pass using the Disneyland Mobile App on the day of your visit upon entering a theme park for the first time. For this reason, I highly recommend getting to the theme parks as early as possible so you can access earlier return times. Shawna, the Disneyland Resort website says that Lighting Lane Multi Passes are subject to limited availability, but I have never had trouble purchasing this add-on option even later in the day. However, the earlier you purchase LLMP, the better the likelihood that you can book immediate or early-in-the-day return times.,

To purchase or select a Lightning Lane Single or Multi-Pass, open the Disneyland Mobile App and click on the three horizontal lines icon (☰) at the bottom right-hand of the home screen. Next, click on the "Lighting Lane Passes” square at the top right. You'll see several banners for the Lighting Lane options and a purchase button underneath each. Click on any of them and it will take you to the "Tip Board" where you can see a list of attractions, current standby line wait times, and Lightning Lane return times. At the top, you'll see green arrows that say "Purchase for Today at..." and the listed cost for the day. After you purchase, you can book whichever Lightning Lane you wish to experience and return at that time to the attraction. If you've got a park hopper ticket, the Lighting Lane Multi Pass is good for both parks on the day of purchase. How cool is that?

Shawna, I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please cruise back by! I'd be happy to help.
