My Disney Experience app makes booking an
Individual Lightning Lane reservation as easy as can be; there is no need to worry if you don't have access to a compatible device! When you get to the theme parks, you will want to head straight over to the Guest Relations window near the entrance to each park. I like to think of the Guest Relations Cast Members as a team of fairy godparents, there sprinkle some pixie dust and lend a helping hand! Here, they will check Individual Lightning Lane availability and take care of booking that on your behalf. Now, it's important to remember that there is a price per person, per attraction, when booking an Individual Lightning Lane, so you will still need to have a payment method available to book.
Keep in mind that Guests staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel have
early theme park entry access and can enter the parks 30 minutes early each day. This will be key, so you'll want to arrive as early as possible, as Individual Lightning Lane slots for more popular attractions do sell out. Disney Resorts Collection hotel Guests can start booking through the app at 7 a.m., while all other Guests can begin booking when the park opens. So, I recommend arriving about 15 minutes before the early theme park entry time to avoid a longer wait to speak with Guest Relation and book your Individual Lightning Lane reservation ahead of those Guests not staying on Disney property. This will help improve your chances of snagging a spot for your preferred attractions.
