Access to
Lightning Lane attractions, whether reserved with
Disney Genie+ service or by purchasing Individual Lightning Lane access to select attractions, is a great way to spend less time waiting in line and get more out of your day.
Vasil, you should be able to purchase Disney Genie+ or Individual Lightning Lane access through your
My Disney Experience account for any Guest in your
Family & Friends List who has valid
admission and a
Disney Park Pass reservation. Disney Genie+ service may be purchased anytime after midnight on the date of your visit. The first Lightning Lane attraction may be reserved with Disney Genie+
beginning at 7:00 am. Guests staying at Disney Resorts Collection hotels may purchase Individual Lightning Lane access beginning at 7:00 am; all other Guests may make their Individual Lightning Lane purchases beginning at
park opening time.
If your 17-year-old is not already in your Family & Friends List, the easiest way to connect through your My Disney Experience account is to scan their code with the camera on your mobile device. Have the Guest you need to add to your list go their profile in the My Disney Experience mobile app and scroll down to "Show My Linking Code". You can then "Add a Guest" in your Family & Friends List by choosing "Scan their linking code". There is also an option to manually enter their code. To find your Family & Friends List in the app, use the menu button in the lower right corner, then scroll down to "My Profile", and select Family & Friends List at the top.
