Lightning Lane access is right for you. I'm happy to walk you through how to purchase your access and what to do if you're not seeing the option pop up on the main screen of the
My Disney Experience app.
It's important to note that, at this time,
Lightning Lane Premier Pass is only available to guests staying at a hotel in the
Disney Resorts Collection. If you are staying somewhere off-property, you will not be eligible for Premier Pass on your trip.
If you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel and don't see Lightning Lane Premier Pass in the same place as the other types of available Lightning Lanes in the My Disney Experience app, you should be able to find it by searching for it. Open up the app and tap the search icon at the bottom of the screen. Type in "Lightning Lane Premier Passes" and select the link that comes up. You'll be brought to the Premier Pass page and you'll be able to complete the purchase process from there! You can purchase your Premier Passes up to 7 days before the first day of your Resort stay, and they are extremely limited, so I recommend making that purchase as soon as your window opens up.
