If I purchase insurance and are not able to use my park tickets how do I get a refund for the unused tickets.

Hello Patrice, and welcome to planDisney!

It is always a great idea to have plans on top of plans on top of plans when you plan a vacation, to be on the safe side. A vacation to Walt Disney World Resort is no different!

From what I have read, the Travel Protection Plan helps protect you and your family from unexpected covered losses from the moment you step out of your front door until you safely arrive home. In addition, I read the Aon Affinity Travel Protection Plan, which does mention the theme park tickets in Section II of the document. However, I recommend contacting the company you used to allow them to explain your policy in detail to you. If you are using Aon Affinity, please call (844) 203-3123 to speak with a representative who will be able to answer any specific questions you may have.

Please let us know if you have additional questions.

    Have a magical day!
