    I want to purchase a hotel and park ticket package for a trip in December- can you set up a payment plan or do you have to pay the whole thing when you press the checkout button

    Hi Tricia,

    The holiday season in December is a wonderful time of the year to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. There are so many simply beautiful and breathtaking sights to take in as you celebrate the spirit of the season. You have so much to look forward to in all the magic that awaits you.

    When you book your vacation package to the Walt Disney World Resort that includes your Resort hotel accommodations and your theme park tickets, you'll be prompted to make a $200 deposit to confirm your vacation package reservation. There isn't a "payment plan" per se, but if you book your reservation 31 days or more before your arrival, your payment in full would not be due until 30 days before your arrival. (I always recommend taking a look at the Terms and Conditions that you can view during the check out process before you click the "Check Out" button. You'll find the deposit and payment details explained there.)

    After you pay your deposit, you can make payments to pay off the balance due. You can make these payments online through your My Disney Experience account. You can also call the Walt Disney World Resort at (407) 939-7675 to make payments.

    Tricia, let me say that some of my most favorite Walt Disney World Resort memories over all the many years and all the many vacations are the times we spent celebrating the holiday season in Disney style.
