Hey there, Julie. Thanks for stopping by
planDisney with your question. I see that your trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth is quickly approaching. I bet you are getting so excited!
Julie,
park hopping is my favorite way to spend a day. I love visiting the first theme park of the day during the early morning hours. I am always so surprised at how much I can cross off of my must-do before lunchtime. Then, in the afternoon when I feel like the parks are at their busiest I like to head back to the Walt Disney World Resort Hotel that I am staying at for an afternoon swim. After I've had my fill of fun in the Florida sun I'll oftentimes clean up and head over to Epcot for the rest of the evening. It's a perfect way to spend a Disney day.
I think you'll be happy to know that you will be able to hop to a different Walt Disney World Theme Park after 2:00 p.m. and then head back to the first park you visited later that day. With your park hopper pass, you can actually visit one, two or even all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks in a single day. There is really so much flexibility. Park hopping does look a little bit different than it did before. Right now, to park hop, you must have valid theme park admission with the park hopper option. In addition to that, you are going to need to make
park pass reservations for the first theme park you'd like to visit each day. Then, on the day of, you'll need to scan in and visit the theme park with the park pass reservation first before continuing on to other theme parks later in the day. Park hopping hours now start at 2:00 p.m. and last until each park closes in the evening.
I hope this helps you plan your day a little bit better, Julie. If you have any other questions before your trip, please stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help. Have fun and enjoy!
