I hate to be the bearer of less-than-magical news, Annie, but when it comes to refunds for switching to a lower-tier
admission ticket, Disney's policies tend to be quite firm. If you initially purchase a higher-tier ticket and later decide to switch to a lower tier or a lower-priced option, regrettably, Disney's policy does not permit refunds for the price difference.
