Would like to purchase gift cards for our grandsons to use at WDW this year. Wondering how far in advance should we order the cards? Thanks

    Hi Diane!

How exciting that your Grandsons are going to be visiting Walt Disney World this year!

Getting Disney Gift Cards for them to get some special treats with on their vacation is a great idea. I'm sure they'll love having their very own 'money' to spend while they're there.

I'd recommend that you purchase the cards at least 14 days prior to the date you'd like to receive them for gifting. They're usually a little faster than that, but I always allow a few extra days or even an extra week just in case of postal mishaps or unexpected delays.

You can order your Disney Gift Cards online through the Disney Store and enjoy choosing from over a hundred designs to suit those boys best! Or ... if you like ... Did you know that you can now personalize your gift cards with perhaps a photo of yourselves together! It makes for a not only a great treat for the grandsons but also a souvenir for them that they can even reload and treasure always!

Have fun choosing or creating your very own gift cards Diane!

Thanks so much for visiting the Moms Panel.
Wishing your Grandsons a simply Magical time on their Walt Disney World vacation!
