Hi there, Pam. Welcome to planDisney!
Disney Gift Cards make wonderful presents for family and friends who will soon be heading to the parks. When my children were younger, grandparents often gave Disney Gift Card as birthday or Christmas presents. During our visits to
the Happiest Place on Earth, my children enjoyed using the gift cards as spending money for their snacks, souvenirs or trading pins. Now that they’re young adults, they’re still very grateful for the occasional Disney Gift Cards they receive!
Disney Gift Cards can be purchased online and in many brick-and-mortar retailers such as Walmart, Target, CVS, Best Buy and many more. You can conveniently visit the
Disney Gift Card website and purchase an e-Gift Card to be sent electronically or a physical card to be mailed to the recipient. If you wish to send a physical card, you can even choose from over 60 card designs. You’ll also be able to select the amount, from $5 to $500. Since the gift cards do not expire, the recipients won’t have to worry about needing to spend the balance by a certain date. When they’re ready to visit the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA or the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, they’ll be able to use the gift cards. Besides the theme parks, Disney Gift Cards can also be used at the different Disney beach resorts (
Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa,
Disney’s Hilton Head Resort,
Disney’s Vero Beach Resort),
Disney Cruise Line,
Adventures by Disney, as well as
Disney on Broadway. It can even be used towards Disney+ and on
Disneystore.com.
I hope this information is helpful for you, Pam. Please feel free to stop by
planDisney again if you have more questions for us.
Sending you pixie dust,
Kiki
