Are your theme park tickets already linked to your
My Disney Experience account? If not, you'll need to do that before you can summon the power of the
Disney Genie Service. Using the
My Disney Experience mobile app, tap "Tickets and Passes" and then the "+" in the top right. Then, tap "Link Tickets & Passes" and follow the prompts to link your tickets to each Guest's profile.
Once you've done that, tap the "+" in the bottom middle of your app and then "View My Genie Day and Tip Board." Then, tap "My Day" and then the blue "Change Day" link to select the date for which you'd like to purchase Genie+. Then, tap "Get Genie+ for Today" on the purple banner on that page. Then, follow the prompts to add Genie+ for your visit dates. Then, all you gotta do is rub that lamp and you'll be marching through the Lightning Lanes like you're Prince Ali himself!
