Hello Tamiko!

Thanks for coming to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. The good news? The Walt Disney World Resort is a fabulous place to visit with food allergies. However, the items carried in the onsite grocery stops are limited and vary among resorts. Most locations will carry Silk Soy Milk. Beyond that, you really can't be sure.

Walt Disney World is very accommodating when it comes to special diets and food allergies. Before you leave home, try calling (407) 824-5967. The Cast Members here will assist you with questions and needs to make your trip virtually worry free. In addition, always notify Cast Members of your son's allergies when checking in to any of the Walt Disney World restaurants. You can also ask to speak to the chef who will assist in making sure allergies are addressed in the food preparation.

Lastly, you may consider using a grocery delivery service such as gardengrocer.com. They are efficient and professional, and you 'll have your selections delivered right to your Walt Disney World Resort. Take a look. You may find that to be a great option.
