Greetings, Cecilia! Welcome to our magical corner of the internet, planDisney!
It sounds like you are considering, or have already made an eTicket purchase to visit the Disneyland Resort theme parks soon! If you choose to order your ticket online and select the eTicket option as you check out for your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email that contains the link to view and access your eTickets. Then, once you arrive at the theme parks, you can use your mobile device to present the QR code or barcode for your eTickets. I'm happy to report that the first time a Guest scans their standard admission ticket for entry to one of the theme parks, a paper copy of the ticket will be printed at the turnstiles. So, the short answer is yes! You will be able to have a physical copy of your ticket, or you can certainly show the barcode associated with your eTicket in the official Disneyland mobile app. The paper tickets make great little souvenirs if you like to collect mementos of your visit!
As you proceed with your ticket purchase, you may also consider adding Disney Genie+ Service, which has been such a wonderful option for my family to help us maximize our time during our visits. We love being able to select Lightning Lane entrances to allow us to book return windows to enjoy our favorite attractions on our own timeline. Plus, Disney Genie+ Service currently includes unlimited downloads of digital images taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers during your day. For anyone who constantly finds themselves behind the camera, it's the perfect solution to assure everyone makes it into your family photos!
I hope this is some helpful advice, Cecilia, but if you ever have any other questions that come up, please don't hesitate to send them to us, here at planDisney!
Wishing you enchanted memories,
Tishra
