Welcome Home, Nicole! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney - I always enjoy taking a deep dive into all things
Disney Vacation Club. You've got a friend in me, and I'm happy to offer some Member-to-Member assistance. Let's get to it!
We're celebrating our tenth year as DVC Members in 2026, and it's a decision we've never regretted. From the fantastic accommodations to the many extra perks offered to Members, there's a lot to love! Whenever we're planning our next Disney adventure, I always spend some time perusing the
Member Benefits site, so I'm up to date on all of the latest deals and discounts. We've discovered lots of new restaurants and experiences along the way!
One benefit is the ability to purchase the Sorcerer Pass, which is a discounted version of the
Walt Disney World Annual Pass that is only available to DVC Members and Florida residents. Unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase this for your college-aged children, as their government-issued ID will have an address that does not match the home address on your Member deed.
Our college-aged kiddo can't always travel with us these days due to her school schedule, so I typically purchase
date-based theme park tickets for her. To save some money, I purchase discounted
Disney Gift Cards from our local discount department store and combine them for those ticket purchases.
Nicole, I'm sorry this wasn't the answer you were hoping for, but I hope that your family has a wonderful time together on your May vacation. If our planDisney squad can help out with any questions about DVC or other aspects of your Disney travels, please come back and see us again anytime.
Stay Magical!
Susan
