Disney Vacation Club Member. My family and I have been DVC Members for more than 5 years now and it’s been one of the best gifts we’ve given ourselves. We love coming back to
Walt Disney World,
Disneyland, or
Aulani year after year and have celebrated many milestone events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays with not just our immediate family but also our extended family like grandparents and cousins. Now, let’s dive into your question on purchasing DVC!
Unfortunately, you cannot purchase a DVC contract while in the Netherlands. I confirmed this with a DVC Cast Member who stated that you must be physically present at Walt Disney World in Florida to purchase. Jacobus, I know this information may not have been what you wanted to hear, but I sure hope that you may someday be my DVC member! Also, don't fret! One of the great things about joining DVC while at Walt Disney World is that the process doesn't take long at all and you'll have an account setup and Vacation Points ready to use within hours!
On your next visit to Walt Disney World, you can schedule a tour of one of the DVC Resorts, such as the
Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows or the
Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. I also recommend checking out the on-demand webinar and contacting a sales agent if you have further questions about joining DVC. Luckily, you can schedule or do all three of these here at
