    Hello, If we purchase our DisneyWorld Park tickets online can we pick them up at a Disney Resort i.e. Art of Animation or Port Orleans French Quarter when we check in? Thanks in advance!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    When you purchase Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets online, you will be required to pick them up at Guest Relations located right outside each of the four Disney Theme Parks or at Disney Springs. Unfortunately, you are not able to pick up your Disney Theme Park tickets at a Disney Resort.

    I do want you to know that the process of picking up your Disney Theme Park tickets at Guest Relations is VERY easy and convenient to do!  My recommendation would be to arrive at a Disney Theme Park about 30 to 45 minutes before the park opens.  That way you will have plenty of time to go to Guest Relations to pick up your tickets and enjoy your MAGICAL day and the rest of your unforgettable vacation!
