Like purchase Disneyland tickets for my mother 96th bday sept 2. Have been Disneyland since 2017.

Hi Rose! Thanks for visiting planDisney.

This sounds like a beautiful way to celebrate your mother's birthday! We love marking special moments like birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations in my family at the Disneyland Resort, and I'm sure your gift will make your mother feel very special.

One way to make a birthday extra memorable is to book a dining reservation. It's a good opportunity to rest and connect, while enjoying a meal in a magical setting. When traveling with my in-laws, we're always sure to book at least one table service meal a day. Dining reservations typically open 60 days out from your park day. Your window will open on July 4. That's just a few days away! I suggest making a note to yourself to log in that morning if you'd like to find the perfect place to dine. You'll need to book online, and popular locations fill up quickly. Availability isn't guaranteed. Some locations offer a delicious Mickey celebration cake, which you can add for an additional cost at the time you make your dining reservation. It's a fun and tasty option that feeds a few people.

Of course, don't forget to pick up a Complimentary Birthday Button on the big day. I recently celebrated my birthday at the parks in May, and receiving well wishes from Cast Members and fellow Guests who noticed my button made the day all the more celebratory. It makes a nice memento too.

A few things have changed since you last visited the parks. New things to explore are what bring us back, as well as the nostalgia and history of the Happiest Place on Earth. One important change involves theme park reservations. You'll need to purchase your admission tickets in advance. When selecting your preferred day and park, you'll be making a theme park reservation, which is required in addition to a ticket. Buying onsite is no longer recommended due to theme park reservations filling up. You can purchase online, or you can call the Tickets phone line to speak with a friendly Cast Member, who can assist you with your ticket purchase. Have your method of payment handy. They're always happy to help!

Wish your mother a happy birthday for me!
