Hiya, Manuel!
Thank you for sending this
Disneyland Resort planning question to us hEAR at planDisney!
Oh, dear! I hope that we didn't miss the chance to help answer your question when it first came in, and I do hope that you were able to enjoy all of the
seasonal sights and smells, as well as the
treats and
eats, of the
Holidays at Disneyland Resort!
This is a tricky question to answer because sadly I don't have the proper magic mirror to take a peak inside your
My Disneyland Account to check out your
theme park admission tickets. Typically you have about a yEAR from the purchase date to redeem your Disney day, and should you need to reschedule that's usually fine. However, do note that
1-Day tickets are subject to variable tiered use dates, and depending on which level of ticket you purchased will determine when you can visit in the future. The good thing is that you'll be able to visit on the same level of tier date as the one you purchased, as well as any other date that falls in a lower tier. For example: if you purchased a Tier 4 ticket, you can reschedule on a Tier 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 day. Or, if this is more helpful, hEAR's a
link to the
list of Valid 1-Day Ticket Tier use days. Should you want to reschedule on a day that is a higher tier type than the one you purchased, you'll need to call the friendly
Disneyland Resort Ticketing Cast Members who can help apply the amount you spent on the ticket you currently have toward the cost of a new ticket on the higher tier day. The phone number is (714) 781-4636.
I hope that this helped to clEAR up your question, Manuel! Be sure to follow the
