Hello, I would like to purchase a Disneyland Park ticket with Genie service. I can't see the option to add Genie Service to my ticket purchase

    Hi there, Shravanthi!

Welcome to planDisney and we're glad that you stopped by with your question! It sounds like your visit is coming up pretty soon, so I hope you are able to purchase the ticket options that you'd like. Let me go through the steps and options that are available to you during the ticket purchasing process.

    1. At the Disneyland website, hover your cursor over "Parks & Tickets" to reveal the pull-down menu, then click on "Theme Park Tickets" under Tickets & Passes.
    2. On the next screen, you'll now select a Standard Theme Park Ticket, then select the number of days you'd like and then how many adult and children's tickets you'd like.
    3. Once that is done, you'll get to select whether you'd like a One Park Per Day or a Park Hopper Ticket. Click "Continue."
    4. Next, you'll select the date(s) of your visit and your starting Park for each day. After you click "Continue" from here...
    5. The next screen is where you'll have the option to add the Genie+ entitlement for your ticket. After you confirm your choices, then you will proceed to the Checkout screen where you will finalize your purchase.

If you purchased your ticket without Genie+ and would still like to add it, you may do so within the Disneyland Mobile App after you scan into the Parks on the day of your visit. It will be a one day purchase, so you'll need to repeat this process for each day that you'd like this phenomenal cosmic power. From the Home Screen of the App, you'll see the option to Purchase Genie+ for the day.

The Holiday Season just officially kicked off at the Disneyland Resort, so I hope you're ready for some festive fun! Two fun Holiday attraction overlays that you should not miss are Haunted Mansion Holiday and "it's a small world" Holiday. And check out the Disney Parks Blog Foodie Guide for the Holidays. There's something for every discerning palate.

Shravanthi, I hope that this information was helpful and that you are able to get the tickets that you wanted before your visit. If there is anything else that you need, please feel free to write back again anytime. You're always welcome at planDisney!

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
