Welcome to planDisney, Michelle! As my pal Goofy would say, "Gawrsh, that's great that you're planning a visit to Disneyland Resort!"
You'll be traveling during
The Most Magical Time of the Year! There are lots of holiday trimmings to be seen at each of the Disneyland Resort Hotels, including the 7-foot-tall gingerbread house at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Depending on your arrival time, you may even catch a glimpse of
Santa Claus, who usually visits with hotel Guests before heading out on his Christmas Eve journey.
It sounds like you've already completed the important first step, linking your
Vacation Package to your Disneyland account. Now, you should be able to
make your theme park reservations since you are within the 120-day window. Use your package reservation number, as the system will recognize your tickets even though you cannot view those yet. The tickets become available four days before your arrival. You can look at the hotel recap screen on Disneyland.com under the "My Disneyland" tab and then "My Hotel Reservations" to see when your Travel ePackage (including tickets) will be available to view or print. If you have any further questions, contact a Reservations Cast Member at (714) 520-5060.
If this is your first time using
Disney Genie+ Service, take some time to view the short
video tutorials on the Disneyland website. Since the holidays tend to be busier, knowing how to book and use the
Lightning Lane entrances will be the key to your success! Two of my favorite attractions,
"it's a small world" and
Haunted Mansion, receive unique makeovers for the holiday season, and both are included with Genie+. You don't want to miss them!
I HO-HO-Hope you have the merriest vacation ever, Michelle!
