    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sharon, we thank you for this excellent question.

    How exciting, you're planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort where magical memories await your arrival!

    The current Canadian Resident Ticket Offer at Walt Disney World Resort offers great savings. Theme Park Tickets are sold as Exchange Certificates which must be purchased in advance of your arrival, as the offer is not available at the Theme Park Ticket Windows.  

    Sharon, to redeem your Exchange Certificates, please bring a valid Canadian Passport with you, or, if you are not a Canadian citizen, please bring a valid Passport and proof of Canadian residency.

    I would recommend adding any Theme Park Ticket upgraded Options during your purchase, as you may not be able to upgrade these special offer Theme Park Tickets upon your arrival. As well, once you receive your Exchange Certificates you may wish to Link Your Tickets to your Disney account to prepare for your FastPass+ Planning 30 days in advance of your scheduled visit, or, if you are a Disney Resort hotel Guest, your FastPass+ Planning begins 60 days before your vacation package stay as an added Resort hotel Guest benefit.
