When can I purchase 2024 Disney Tickets for Mickeys not so Scary Halloween Party? I really want to take my daughter for her 3rd birthday! Will she need a ticket to this event if she is 2 at the beginning of our trip, but turns 3 before the Halloween Party?

Welcome Foolish Mortal! Briana, I am delighted you dragged your corpse by planDisney with this haunting question.

The wait for information on Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween party has been grueling for me, too. Walt Disney World Resort has not yet released information on this spirited celebration. I have heard a creak though. Disney Parks Blog's Halloween page has recently updated the site with a "Join us as we celebrate Halfway to Halloween" message. Halfway to Halloween is my favorite unofficial holiday! The cobwebs in my head recall this is the day Walt Disney World announces when the grim grinning ghosts come out to socialize. So hang with me just a few more days. Keep your eyes peeled for party dates on the Disney Parks Blog and the official Disney Facebook and Instagram profiles, sometime around April 30.

I'd recommend you keep stalking the Disney Parks Blog throughout the summer for a shriek peek at all the seasonal shenanigans. My heart races with news about special effects and interactions coming to the attractions during the party. And the treats to devour? I need to exorcise daily to make room for the frightening delights. The Disney Parks Blog is your go-to for all the rumblings about what is awaiting us at the parks and resorts.

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a special ticketed event. Typically, Guests with tickets can enter Magic Kingdom Park around 4, and the party officially starts around 7. Tickets are required for ghosts, ghouls and princesses ages 3 and older. Your daughter won't need a theme park ticket on the days when she is 2 years old. But like Cinderella, when the clock strikes midnight on the morning of her birthday, that "free admission for ages 2 and under" magic comes to an end. But, wow! What a way to celebrate her birthday!

If this is your first time going to the Halloween party, I highly recommend watching Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade from in front of the castle and arriving a bit early. In past years, the parade kicked off with the Headless Horseman riding through the circle, and it is un-boo-lievable.
