Do I have to purchase a Disney resort stay directly from Disney in order to take advantage of a free dining plan offer?

    Hi Monica,

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I see you are looking at celebrating the Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort. It is my favorite time of the year to visit.

Our last vacation with my family was this past Christmas. We had an amazing time with the whole Resort dressed up for the occasion, and enjoyed Epcot International Festival of the Holidays, in particular, Candlelight Processional. We also booked a Candlelight Dining Package which includes guaranteed seating at one of the performances. I highly recommend it.

Now Mickey wants to help everyone’s budget and has some incredible Special Offers. They do vary year-round, but the best one is indeed a Free Dining Plan. These vacation packages require a stay at a Disney Resort Hotel and Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper Option. You can book them via any authorized travel agent, or directly either online in the Special Offers section, or by speaking to a vacation planning expert at (407) 939-1936. Note that availability is limited and not all Resort Hotels participate.

One last tip: be sure to book any dining reservations right away. This time of the year is very popular and reservations are highly recommended. See you real soon!
