Hi there, Katie! Welcome to
planDisney.
Thank you for bringing us your question! I hope you had the happiest visit to the
Happiest Place on Earth. While I see that your arrival date has come and gone, I would still love to help you with your
Disney PhotoPass question.
Regarding your question, I recommend visiting the
Disney PhotoPass webpage to see what your current purchasing options are. Before visiting the webpage, make sure you are signed into your Disney account. You should be able to see your photos upon visiting the webpage. If you do not see your photos, you can link your Disney PhotoPass using your
Disney PhotoPass ID.
To find this ID in your
Disneyland Mobile App, tap the hamburger icon (☰) and then the "Photos" tile. From there, tap on the top right corner of your screen where it says "Link Photos" and finally, tap on the "Show PhotoPass Code" icon.
Keep in mind that the Disney PhotoPass photos and attraction photos in your account will expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken.
If you need additional support,
I recommend calling the PhotoPass Guest Support telephone line. You can also contact Disney PhotoPass online by filling out the
contact form on their webpage.
Katie, I hope this helps you purchase the Disney PhotoPass photos from your visit--if you haven't already! We are always available to assist you with your Disney Vacation planning questions.
Your Pal,
Alejandra
