September is one of my favorite times of year to visit the Disneyland Resort! You won't believe it but you will be there just in time for the happy haunts and grim grinning ghosts to make their grand return, so prepare to be spooked in the most boo-tastic way! I have great news for you, those dates in late September will be opening up to you THIS week! Tickets are available for sale
120 days out, and September 19th should be open by the time this note reaches you. I'll send it along with a little pixie dust so that you can prepare to purchase those tickets and get all your grim grinning ghosts in a row for your trip!
Halloween Time is truly one of the best times of the year to visit. All of your tried and true Disneyland favorites, but just an extra touch of seasonal magic. The spirit of the season is alive and well from the
Main Street Pumpkin Festival to the Halloween-infused sweets and treats to seeing Mickey, Minnie, and crew in some pretty cute costumes! Memories you will never forget! One of my absolute favorite things about this time of year is the incredibly special Halloween overlays on some beloved attractions. Imagine Jack Skellington and his band of Nightmare Before Christmas crew taking over the
Haunted Mansion or an after dark-only overlay on
Guardians of the Galaxy - Monsters After Dark! Be sure to stay tuned to the

Kirsten, one final tip is to tune into the latest episode of the
planDisney Podcast, which was filmed INSIDE the ballroom of the Haunted Mansion. I still can't get over Master Gracey's generosity and how cool this is! I highly recommend watching this one. You'll hear all the tricks and treats for planning a Halloween Time trip to the Disneyland Resort and even some tips from our Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line panel of experts! Word is they are even dropping some news on what Mickey and Minnie will be wearing for
