Hey there Monica,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for your question! We love getting the opportunity to help other Guests - like you! - to plan their next Disney vacation.
There are two steps you need to take to visit the Disneyland Resort - purchase
theme park tickets and make
theme park reservations.
For your tickets, they have quite a long expiration window after you purchase them from the Disneyland Resort website. For example, if you purchased multi-day tickets today then they wouldn't expire until January 12, 2026. Once you've scanned your multi-day ticket on the first day of your visit, then the remaining days of that ticket need to be used within 13 days of first use.
Therefore, you can certainly space out the days that you visit the parks during your trip but just need to make sure you use all the days of your tickets within 13 days of the first use of the ticket.
After you purchase your tickets, you'll need to make theme park reservations for each day you plan to visit the parks. You will likely make your reservations during the ticket purchase process, but you can modify the dates of your visit at any time through the
My Plans hub as well.
Once you have purchased your tickets and made your reservations then you're all set to visit the Happiest Place on Earth! Thanks again for your question, Monica. Make sure to come back and see us as you continue to plan your trip. We'd love to help!
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
