    When can I purchase Disney Genie plus. Keep getting error on app. I'm going in July 2022.

    It's exciting to hEAR that you've already booked your jolly Disney holiday for July 2022!  It's so great to have a Disney countdown to look forward to and plan towards with your dEAR family.  Ashley, you may wish to take a peek at our pixie-dusted Panel Extras as a fun resource in creating your dream trip to visit Mickey Mouse at the most magical place on earth.

    Ashley, to the very best of my current knowledge, Guests from the UK should be able to modify any already purchased Disney Theme Park Tickets by purchasing Disney Genie+ either via My Disney Experience online, or by using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, or even upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort.

    As you appEAR to be seeing an error message when trying to purchase Disney Genie+ on your My Disney Experience Mobile App; my best suggestion for you at this time would be to sign in to your My Disney Experience account on a desktop computer, and proceed with making the Disney Genie+ purchase that way.

    Alternatively, it's always possible to speak in person on the phone with a helpful Cast Member who can help you make your Disney Genie+ purchase by dialling the UK freephone number contained within this handy Walt Disney Travel Company Contact Us link.
