Ashley, to the very best of my current knowledge, Guests from the UK should be able to
modify any already purchased Disney Theme Park Tickets by purchasing Disney Genie+ either via My Disney Experience online, or by using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, or even upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort.

My Disney Experience Mobile App; my best suggestion for you at this time would be to sign in to your
My Disney Experience account on a
desktop computer, and proceed with making the Disney Genie+ purchase that way.
