Hi, if I was to purchase Disney e-gift cards from New Zealand, will I be charge currency fees and can I then use it towards the balance of my reservation? Thanks

Hello, Sarah! Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for cruising to us with your question.

I always love a good chance to research questions for my fellow guests! I gave the folks over at ShopDisney a call to inquire more about the Disney Gift Card eGift.  Unfortunately, I was told that eGift cards are not available to purchase in New Zealand. I wish I had better news to share!

Disney Gift Cards and Disney Gift Card eGifts are acceptable forms of payment for all Disney Cruise Line reservations and for making purchases onboard the ship. However, you will not find Disney Gift Cards for sale onboard.

Sarah, your cruise aboard the Disney Wonder next year is going to be filled with magical moments at sea. I can't wait for you to step aboard and enjoy my family's favorite Disney Vacation. If you'd like to stay up-to-date with the excitement of the Magic at Sea itineraries, you can check out @disneycruiselineaunz on both Facebook and Instagram.

Please sail back to us at planDisney if you have more questions. My pals and I will do our very best to help!
