Can you purchase a Disney Dinning plan if you are not staying on Disney property?

    Hi Debra!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love to take advantage of the Disney dining plans during a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. It is so nice to pay for the majority of our dining expenses in advance of our trip so we don't have to worry about it while we are on vacation! To book a Disney dining plan, you must be a Guest at a Disney Resort hotel. Your dining plan will be linked to your hotel reservation and you will receive one set of dining entitlements for each person on your reservation for each night of your reservation. Unfortunately, there are no options for Guests who are not staying at a Disney Resort hotel to book a Disney dining plan.

Even without a dining plan, you can still enjoy the fantastic dining experiences available at Walt Disney World Resort. I highly recommend that you book your dining reservations in advance to ensure that you can enjoy the table service restaurants on your "must-do" list! Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your trip. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!

Hi! I’m Crystal and I’m a wife and mommy to three little Mouseketeers. My husband and I have been enjoying Disney Parks since before we were married, and now we take our children to see Mickey and the gang as often as we can, while  managing my oldest son's food allergies. Planning is key for my family to ensure that everyone has a safe and fun trip to our favorite place and it can be just as exciting as the trip itself. I can’t wait to help you plan your next adventure there, too! Learn More About Crystal
