    can I still purchase discounted magic bands for an upcoming trip

    I am incredibly happy to see that you’ll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth at the end of December! You’re going to love all of the holiday decorations, flavors, and feelings at the theme parks! Be sure to watch the Disney Parks Blog as you near your trip so you can be informed on all of the incredible things happening during your trip! 

    I reached out to a friendly Cast member to double check the current status of pre-arrival MagicBand+ discounts, and confirmed that there are no current discounts or offerings for Guests staying at Disney hotels at this time. The Cast Member informed me that they are not sure if the offer will return, but you can keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for updates just in case. 

    I am so sorry that those pre-arrival discounts went away. If you are a Disney Visa Card holder there are discounts that are available across the theme parks at most merchandise and dining locations, Jennifer, so be sure to use those perks if you have them! If you have MagicBands from previous trips, you can also use them (as long as they are activated on your My Disney Experience account and if their internal battery still has life).
