Hi! Can we purchase the Dining plan (1 quick,1 table,1 snack) for my husband & me and pay out of pocket for our daughter's meals? Which is better: early, mid or late Oct.? For the Halloween event do we all have to purchase tickets or just one for her?

Hello!  Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I happen to be a big fan of the Disney Dining Plan, we don't vacation at Walt Disney World without it.

Everyone in the same room, which I am assuming you all would be, must be on the same Disney Dining Plan.  So no, you would not be able to be on the Disney Dining Plan with yourself and your husband only. Your daughter would need to be on the plan as well.

Everyone wanting to attend Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party needs to purchase an additional ticket. To take her into the party, you all would need to purchase tickets too.  October is a great time to visit Walt Disney World, the crowd levels are very manageable.  The closer it gets to Halloween, the busier Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party gets.

Have a great day.  If we can help you with anything else, please feel free to ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
