    Can you purchase a dining plan if you bought your tickets through a hotel in the downtown disney area (best western buena vista resort hotel) and if so can we buy the meal plan once we get there. Also can you purchase a meal plan at the waster parks?

    The Disney Dining Plan is only available for those guests who book a Disney Magic Your Way Vacation Package.  If you are staying off property, then the Dining Plan is unfortunately not available for your family.
