If you purchase the DDP, do you have to purchase for each night of your stay? The reason I am asking is b/c we will not be arriving until late on Saturday, and then will leave early on Thursday. Since we are DVC members, we will not have a MYW pkg.

    Hi Kena!
When you purchase the Disney Dining Plan through Disney Vacation Club, it will be for every person in the room for your entire length of stay.  We have run into the same situation as you have and what I would suggest is that you utilize some of the Signature Restaurants that require two Table Service meals.  I would highly recommend the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.  This dinner show is so much fun that you will be laughing all night!  Fairytale Dining at Cinderella's Royal Table is a must if you have never been inside Cinderella's Castle.  Your Prince or Princess will just love meeting Cinderella and having a photo with her before going up the stairs to the Ballroom area.  I love dinner here and would recommend asking for a table by the window.  At Epcot, Le Cellier Steakhouse in Canada is my favorite restaurant.  My family just loves the pretzel bread! Bistro de Paris is a more intimate restaurant that would be such a treat for you!  Located in Paris, you will be able to see IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth during dinner.  Finally, a new restaurant on the Dining Plan is Fulton's Crab House at Downtown Disney.  The menu is fantastic and the food is even better.  Remember that on the DDP, you may use snacks at most of the resorts and even in the stores.  We have been known to use the extra snack credits for treats on the plane ride home!  So even though you may not have 6 full nights to use the Dining Plan, you can be creative and still take advantage of this while experiencing some restaurants that you may not have been to.  Have a great vacation.
