Welcome to planDisney, Nicholas. Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your questions for us.
I’m happy to hear you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. Like so many people, I’m delighted that Disneyland Resort theme parks will reopen next week! After being closed for over a year, I bet you’re ready to
return to a land of Magic and take it all in.
When you purchase your theme park ticket, it is recommended that you make a park reservation for the day you wish to visit as soon as possible. As you probably heard, when the theme parks reopen next week, there will be limited capacity and only California residents will be allowed during the initial phased reopening. Certain dates may book up faster than others such as on weekends. However, if you need to change your park reservation to a different date,
Hakuna Matata. You can easily do so on
Disneyland.com by logging into your Disney account or on the Disneyland mobile app. To give other Guests the opportunity to visit the park, please cancel your park reservation as soon as possible if your travel plans change. When you’ve decided on a new date to visit, simply make another park reservation as all Guests will need both a valid admission and park reservation for entry.
At this time, the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar only goes up to June 28, 2021. Disney will release later dates on a rolling basis so be sure to check back on
Disneyland.com regularly.
Nicholas, if you have additional questions as you continue to plan your upcoming trip, please don’t hesitate to
write us again. We’re all EARS!
See ya real soon,
Kiki
