Hello, Ginny! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
When you purchase a multi-day ticket, you are allowed to choose which park you want to visit each day (including the day of). That said, you will probably want to take advantage of
FastPass+ selections by choosing your Park days in advance.
If you're staying at an
official Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can book up to three FastPass+ selections per day up to 60 days in advance of your trip. For Guests not staying at an official Walt Disney World Resort hotel, those selections can be made up to 30 days prior to your vacation.
The biggest advantage of choosing which day you want to visit each park in advance is the potential of getting FastPasses for those coveted rides that tend to have longer wait times. You can always change your mind, though! FastPass+ reservations can always be canceled and potentially modified up to the day of use. Just remember, all of your pre-booked FastPasses for a given day must be made in a single Park. After you've used those first three, though, simply log into your
My Disney Experience Mobile App to continue booking FastPasses one at a time (subject to availability).
Your 3-day tickets are also valid for a 5-day window, meaning they do not need to be used on consecutive days. Learn more about ticket validity and restrictions by visiting the
1 Park Per Day Tickets page on the Walt Disney World website.
I hope this answers your question, Ginny. Please come back and let us know if there are any other questions you have about planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
