If we purchase 4-day tickets with admission to one park per day and we will be staying at a Disney Resort for 6 days, can we visit the Magic Kingdom on 2 days instead of doing 1 really long day during that six day period?

Hey there, hi there, Mary! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney!

Before you know it, you'll be arriving at Walt Disney World, ready to embark on the most magical adventure at what is truly the Most Magical Place on Earth. I know you must be getting so excited! I love to see that your planning is off to a practically perfect start, and I'm thrilled to help you with your ticket options. They are your keys to the magic, so let's see what you can unlock.

I think you will be happy to hear that as long as you haven't purchased a special ticket offer that specifies which parks you can visit, you can choose to visit any combination of the four theme parks (one per day) with a regular 4-day ticket. You could even go to Magic Kingdom for all four of your park days if that is the wish your heart is making. Just be aware that with a 4-day ticket, you can only visit a park on four of your six vacation days. So, if you have one-park-per-day tickets and visit Magic Kingdom on two separate days, you will have to skip a visit to one of the other parks. Just be sure to read the ticket details before you purchase.

Just so you are aware, you can re-enter the same park as many times as you'd like in a day, even with a one-park-per-day ticket, so you can absolutely take breaks on your Magic Kingdom day if you'd like!

If skipping one of the parks is not an option, I recommend adding a day (or two) to your park ticket. This allows you to see, do and taste everything Walt Disney World has to offer at a slower pace, taking time to relax and enjoy the awesome amenities at your Resort hotel. As you add more days to your ticket, the price per day gets less and less, so I suggest adding more days if you can. My wife jokes that this is my "Disney math" at work, but I just call it a good value!

If you would like to visit all four theme parks in just four days but would like to visit Magic Kingdom twice, you can also add the Park Hopper option to your ticket. That way, you can hop to any park on any of your four days at any time. For instance, if you've completed all your must-dos in Animal Kingdom early, you can hop over to Magic Kingdom for some evening pixie dust and fun. More magic is always better, Mary!

I hope this was helpful, Mary, and I hope you have the most magical and memorable vacation! If you have any other questions about tickets or anything you can dream up, please feel free to stop by and ask me. You've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon,
