Hiya Steven!
Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! I am so happy you stopped by to ask us this question, as it is always an honour to help fellow international Guests like me. Plus, you have picked such a fun and spooky time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort, so I cannot wait for you to experience its seasonal offerings!
Although you may expect autumn to bring cooler temperatures, October is still quite warm in October and still gets the occasional summer showers. There are plenty of ways to stay cool, but relaxing by the pool and visiting the water parks are some of the most fun ones!
UK theme park tickets give you access to theme parks and water parks, but you will use one day off your ticket every day you visit the parks. You can visit multiple parks within one day, but it will still use one day off of your ticket. Therefore, these theme park visits do not add up but are rather all included within those seven days. One important distinction to remember, however, is that
theme park reservations are required to visit the theme parks, but water parks do not require reservations.
Now, I hope you will also be trying some of the seasonal offerings that are only available at that time of year, as they make your vacation so unique! One of my favourite things to do during the Halloween season is to attend
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. Since these events require separate tickets from your original theme park tickets, keep an eye out for announcements on the party dates in 2023! Information on these events, as well as the sale of tickets, is usually posted on
Disney Parks Blog and the
Walt Disney World Resort a few months before the Halloween season begins.
I hope this was helpful, Steven, and that you will have the best day ever on your next Disney vacation. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out! I know it may seem far away for now, but I always say the best way to make that time go by faster is by planning your vacation!
Have a magical day,
Ariane
