If I purchase 4 day passes and we can only use 3 days may I request a refund for the unused day?

    Hey, Catherine!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. According to the fine print regarding all tickets for Walt Disney World theme parks:

"All tickets and options are nontransferable and nonrefundable and exclude activities/events separately priced."

Yet, the Park Rules also state that you are allowed to transfer an unused ticket to another Guest. It seems confusing but in my experience we have definitely transferred an unused ticket.

I would suggest contacting a Cast Member in Ticketing (407-939-7523) to discuss your options.

Disney Dad Tip: Buy a 3-Day ticket then add the fourth day as needed..."if it is within 14 days of a theme park ticket’s first use and the ticket has remaining admissions, you are able to upgrade the ticket." Your ticket price should be the same as if you initially bought a 4-Day ticket.

I hope this information helps you plan a wonderful Disney vacation. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Catherine, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
