I want to purchase a 3 day pass but I want 1 day only to be a park hopper am I able to do that online?

    Hi Letty!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for sending this great Disneyland Resort planning question our way!

Oh boy! Your visit to Disneyland Resort times up perfectly with all of the frightful fun of Halloween Time! Characters will be in their costumes, certain attractions will receive spooktacular playful additions, and there will be special hallow-eats, sweets, and treats everywhere you look! I'm so excited about your vacation, Letty! (Let me know if you need a friend, personal tour guide, or backpack holder. I'm available!)

When purchasing Theme Park Admission Tickets, the Park Hopper option is sadly kind of an all-or-nothing addition. However ... there is kind of a hashtag Disney hack that you might be able to pull off. If you purchase your tickets online as a 3-day, 1-park-per-day ticket, and then use day 1 and day 2 in September, you should be able to upgrade that last day to a park hopper and only pay for one day of park hopper use. I say "should be able to pull this off" because you will have to wait until the morning or mid-afternoon of your last day, and the upgrade will depend on park capacity for that day. If this were me, I'd keep an eye on the 'Park Hopper' page of the Park Pass Reservation Availability Calendar in the weeks and days leading up to my visit to Mickey's house.

Pro Tip: On the morning of day 3, check your Disneyland Mobile App as you might have the option to upgrade to a park hopper right in the app and not have to stand in the Ticket Booth line; another option would be to enter the day 3 theme park, and then inquire about adding the hopper at the Ticket Booth in the late morning or early afternoon after the ticket question line has died down a bit.

I hope this answer helped to add an extra bit of pixie dust to your upcoming Disney days, Letty! And I hope that you'll be able to make that day 3 upgrade!!
