I want to purchase 5 day park tickets at the current canadian discounted price. If I am not able to use them by the expiry date of Dec 31, 2025 will I lose my funds paid.

Hi Patricia, and welcome to planDisney! The Canada Residents offer is a fantastic deal, providing savings on 3-, 4- and 5-day tickets as part of the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration. Let's make sure you have all the information you need to plan your magical visit!

Patricia, I've got good news for you. While there is still plenty of time to visit the Disneyland Resort in 2025, you will have an option if you need to postpone your trip to a later date. Wholly unused Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (excluding special event tickets) can be applied toward the purchase of a new ticket of equal or greater value. You'd simply call the Tickets phone line and speak with a Cast Member about applying the value to a new ticket purchase.

Remember, Patricia, that once you use one day of the ticket, it is considered partially used, and there isn't much flexibility regarding what can be done with any unused days after they expire. The terms and conditions of this offer state that tickets expire 13 days after the first day of use or on December 31, 2025, whichever occurs first. So, plan your visit with those time frames in mind, and only use the ticket if you know you can fully use it. Otherwise, applying the value to a new ticket would be your best option.

The whole Resort is incredibly festive for the 70th Anniversary Celebration. There are gorgeous decorations throughout, and you'll see Mickey and his pals in colorful outfits. There are themed food and beverage items, and four new merchandise collections. But what stands out to me is the entertainment. Between Disneyland and California Adventure, there is entertainment both during the day and at night. I can't decide on my favorites, but I can say that World of Color: Happiness!, Wondrous Journeys, and Paint the Night should not be missed.

Patricia, I hope you can make it to sunny Anaheim, California to Celebrate Happy at the Disneyland Resort for the 70th Anniversary. If you have any other questions, please let us know. We're always happy to help here at planDisney!
