Hi Lindsey, Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your ticket question. Each theme park ticket allows entrance for one calendar day and not a 24 hour period. There are some special situations when the theme park's closing time merges into the following day. For example, if Magic Kingdom opens at 9 AM and has Extra Magic Hours that same evening with the posted theme park closing of 1 AM, that entire time will be considered one calendar day. You will only need to use one theme park admission ticket to enter/re-enter the Magic Kingdom from 9 AM to 1 AM during its posted opening and closing times. However in your situation it sounds like you will need to have a 2-day theme park ticket in order to visit on 2 separate days. I hope this information helps with your vacation planning!
