    I would like to purchase a 10day, park hopper, no expiration ticket. I have purchased it in the past but the web site has changed and I do not see an option for no expiration. Are they no longer available?

    Hi there Christa,

    There have been many changes on the Walt Disney World website with the exciting implementation of the all new "My Disney Experience" features.  I do know that they have been rolling this new project out in phases and some guests have experienced problems accessing certain areas and features.  

    I do know that the 10-Day Hopper with No Expiration is still available, but it seems as if a glitch in the new site is preventing you from making this purchase online right now.  I can't even see an option to purchase non-expirational tickets at all, in any increment.

    At this time, the best thing to do is either contact Disney ticketing at (407) 939- 7679 to complete your purchase by phone, or contact the site help department to let them know about this technical issue (407) 939-4357.
