If we purchase the 7 day one park/one day pass and we are only in town for5 days, can we double up 2 parks on one day with the 2 extra passes? ex: day 1--magic kingdom use 1 pass and day 1--epcot use a 2nd pass?

Hello, Rebecca!  Welcome to the Moms Panel and what a great question!  Unfortunately, you will not be able to enter into two different parks on the same day.  Your tickets will only allow entrance into one theme park per day.  I know how you feel since my family and I had this same scenario years ago.  It really bothered us knowing we still had days available and we were on our way back home.  UGH!!! Of course, you are always welcome to upgrade your tickets to include the Park Hopper Option, but it would still leave you with two days and back to square one, but you could "HOP" around to all the parks in one day.
Rebecca, I wish I had some better news, but you are still going to enjoy your 5 days at the parks!  I hope your visit is a MAGICAL one and one filled with many new and exciting memories for your family. Please come back and visit the panel again with any new questions or concerns.  We are always ready to help.  Have a great day!
