If I purchase a 4-day no expiration option ticket for Walt Disney... What exactly does that mean? Do I get access to all the parks? Its my first time going with my daughter who will be 2 when we go. Plus other family members.

    Hi Marissa!

I'm so excited to hear that you will be visiting Walt Disney World for the very first time with your little girl, lots of magical memories are just waiting for you! Even at a young age there is nothing like seeing Disney World through the eyes of your child.

A 4-day no expiration ticket at Walt Disney World means that you have 4 days of admission to Walt Disney World that can be used at any of the 4 parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios).  The no expiration option means that if you do not use all 4 days on your ticket, you can return at anytime to use the remaining days left on your park admission. For example, if you are only able to use 2 days on your upcoming trip and you can save the remaining two days to use in the future at anytime. The no expiration option works well if you will be making future trips to Walt Disney World and can be a great money saving option as ticket prices do tend to increase annually.  Plus, if you need to add days on your remaining days you always have the option of paying for additional days which is much cheaper than buying a whole new ticket.

While you will have admission to all 4 parks, you will only be allowed to visit one park per a day.You are certainly welcome to leave the park to return later the same day, but you will not be allowed to leave one park to visit another park on the same day.In order to do this you will need what is called the Park Hopper option added to your tickets.  For example if you visit Magic Kingdom in the morning and decide to return to your hotel for an afternoon break, it is perfectly okay to return to Magic Kingdom later in the day. However, without the Park Hopper option you will not be allowed to leave Magic Kingdom and visit one of the other 3 parks in the same day.

I hope this answers your question and please let me know if you need anymore help planning your first visit to Walt Disney World.

    Best Wishes!
