If I purchase a 4 day base ticket, can I visit two parks in the same day, and redeed the ticket as two days? EX. Day 1 Magic Kingdom, Day 2 Hollywood Studios, Day 3 Animal Kingdom & Epcot on day 3 ( but no longer have a day four ticket).

Unfortunately, no, your base ticket will not allow you to visit more than one park in a single day.

Magic Your Way tickets without the park-hopper option will not gain you admittance to more than one park in a single day even if you are willing to give up another day's admission to do so.
