I would like to purchase clothes from Disney store .com and have them sent to my Disney resort. Is this possible?

Hi Chris and thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Your question is a perfect one for me to answer, as I am a notorious cross border shopper from Canada. Almost without fail, anytime I am checking into my Walt Disney World Resort hotel, there are a variety of packages already waiting for me, including usually at least one from the Disney Store.

You will want to ensure that your package is addressed to yourself at your Disney Resort hotel mailing address and that the label specifies “Guest". I also always try to put my arrival date on the label as follows:

    Trish A., Guest Jan.10-15/17
    Disney's Old Key West Resort

As sometimes there is limited room on an online mailing address form, I will often include both my first and last name in the space designated for “First Name”, allowing me to write “Guest Jan.10-15/17” in the space designated for “Last Name”.

As each Resort hotel is different, please be sure to inquire at the front desk upon check in as to whether your package(s) will be delivered to your room. As a number of Resort hotels have convention facilities, you may have to make a trip to the Business Centers in those hotels to pick up your package(s). There will be a Business Center package handling fee charged to you upon receipt.  Also, please be aware that Disney’s current policy is to charge a small package handling fee for all packages delivered to the front desk of any Resort hotel.

    Happy Shopping,
    Trish
